Since Manpower is getting low, it would be a good idea to construct another Cryofarm.  Without enough Manpower, the player will be unable to deploy any more vehicles or power any new structures.  It is always a good idea to have an abundance of Cryofarms. We'll build the Cryofarm the same way we built the Vehicle Factory and the same way we build all structures in the game.  First select a Hovertruck, then left-click on the desired structure, and finally place the structure by right-clicking on the desired location.
